Posted by Andrew Kitzenberg

I have decided to make all of my pictures available to news and media outlets under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License

In doing so, I have requested the any of these news and media outlets that utilize any of these photos make a donation to the ONE FUND Boston. We cannot regulate this, but we hope that out of respect for the recent events and by a simple honor system all organizations make some contribution.

 Thanks,

Andrew Kitzenberg

Wow,Why don’t you desk chair cowboys give this guy a break, I assume if you were confronted with the same opportunity you’d decline selling the pictures. Yea right!
I’d say, I hear more jealousy spilling out here then common sense.
The fact is, this was a chance encounter with two jihadi nutballs chronicled by photograph, then through creative marketing with credits attached to photos, it brings you to an entrepreneurs website.

Good Idea

I say if you can make money , MAKE IT!! The news crews and TV stations aren’t broadcasting in good faith, they are keeping up with the story for Ratings!

My question to Andrew Kitzenberg. Did U see one or two of the suspects firing a gun? Your photos dont show it to clearly.

Well, well, well….. now we know why the pics were taken down; you sold them to the media! Let the world know that Andrew Kitzenberg is a SELL OUT.

Andrew, I am truly disappointed by your decision to profit in any way from this horrific event. Your initial idea of posting your photos on your blog site which includes links to your products was iffy enough, but you may have gone too far with this media sell out. Congratulations. You just might be the first individual attempting to make money off of the unfortunate life changing events of the Boston Marathon.

You turned out to be a real piece of work. Instead of going with your original idea of posting on your own website raise money YOU SELL OUT to the Media to seek further fame. Then lie saying you pulled photos due to ongoing investigation. Interesting how quick you folded your tent and got a lawyer to help you with the media to promote you and your product. SHAME ON YOU ASSHOLE ! KARMA is REAL ! Enjoy your fifteen minutes of fame.

What a beautiful and generous thing to do, Andrew. I hope you raise a lot of money for Boston Strong. If I ever use any of your pictures, I will do just that.

I can’t imagine the terror you and your neighbors experienced the other night. Boston – and Watertown – are indeed STRONG.

Love from your neighbors here in Connecticut.
