OnHand is looking for a marketing coordinator that’s passionate about building a brand by educating consumers and retailers about our great products and programs. If that’s you we’d love you to join us as our new Marketing Coordinator.
You'll be responsible for: Building our consumer brand, pushing it to exciting new levels, and engaging with consumers every step of the way. Developing and executing marketing strategy alongside the company’s principals. Coordinating multiple streams of outreach to keep our partners in tune and engaged. Creating and deploying marketing materials to support a larger team. Proactively identifying, tracking, and connecting customers to our products. Juggling short term projects in addition to making consistent progress on long term goals. Communicating with retailers, customers, and sales reps to ensure they have a great experience working with Memory on Hand. Tracking and reporting website, social media, and email marketing performance in addition to the performance of seasonal and short-term projects.
You'll have: Charisma, confidence, great ideas and a sense of pride for your work and fellow coworkers. A strong interest in working inside a small growing business. Design skills are a must. (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Great verbal and written communication skills individually and the ability to incorporate your skills as part of team. Success in working with influencers and partners in creating opportunities for success. A natural compulsion to plan and a fascination with the coordination of details. Strong skills working with a team and adapting on the fly.
It would be great if you also have: Previous experience working in a marketing role in a small business setting. Intimate involvement in coordinating marketing campaigns online and off. A knack for taking and editing great photos. Fluency in foreign languages such as HTML, CSS, etc. A creative flair that loves to come out in a group environment. Ability to work flexible hours and on occasion travel to support the sales team at trade shows and events across the country.
